Why can't I open my certificate?

Certificate: can't open

The certificate will open:

• in a separate tab in your browser or
• will download directly as PDF.

This depends on the computer or webbrowser that you work with.
It is possible the PDF reader is not installed, or you have to choose the program you open the file with yourself.
Please ensure that you did not click on the myGCP passport download button, instead of the myGCP certificate.
