I have done everything necessary to get a certificate, but it's not on my profile page. What should I do?

Certificate: course incompleet

To be able to obtain your certificate:

• You must answer all questions in the e-learning modules.
• You must download all documents.
• You must read all interviews.
• You must have watched all videos.

A completed module is recognised by a check mark in a yellow circle.
No check mark? Click on the module without a check mark. On the introduction page of each module you will find a percentage of completion of all chapters. If a chapter does not mark 100%, you probably forgot to answer a question or open an attachment. Go to this chapter and go to the question without the “check mark”. Answer the question and check to see if the percentage is now at 100%.

Can't answer a question? Reset your course language to English.
When all chapters and modules are completed you will find your certificate at the bottom of your profile page.
