I don't see my accreditation points credited, while I've completed my online course. What should I do now?

Accreditation points: not in dossier

It is possible that in your profile, your details are not complete. Make sure that your BIG number and quality register are both listed correctly. Fill these out and send a mail to customer service (support@gcpcentral.com) so that we can manually pass on your points to PE-online.

Another possibility is that you have followed a course that is not accredited for your profession. Please refer to our accreditation overview to see if the course is accredited for your quality register.
